   1-bedroom apartments:

   To sleep 2 adults plus cot.

   3 are in the East wing of the old building of which 2 are ground floor and 1

   first floor. These were completed about 7 years ago

   2 are in the new development on the first floor with sloping ceilings and

   Velux windows.

   All have twin beds.

    3 bedroom apartments:

   To sleep 6 adults plus cot.

   12 apartments, which vary in 

   size, layout and aspect.  The

   units on the first floor have 

   sloping ceilings and Velux

   windows.

   All have lounge/dining with 

   combined fully fitted kitchens.

    Main bedroom has a 5’ double 

   bed and has en-suite shower 

   room and flat screen TV, all

   other bedrooms have twin  

   beds.

   All have a separate bathroom  

   and an en-suite shower room

   to the main bedroom.

4 Bedroom apartments sleep 8 adults plus cot.

They are formed by internal links with adjoining 1 & 3 bedroom apartments on the first floor.

Thus they have a total of 3 bath or shower rooms, 2 kitchens & 2 reception rooms. The main dining area in these combined units seats 8 people.

The disabled unit sleeps 5 people with a double room, twin room and single room.  The disabled unit has a  ‘wet’ shower room and separate cloakroom (no en-suite).

Superior apartments are as standard but slightly bigger or sea views.  One has 3 en-suite bath/shower rooms

   Each apartment contains:

  Fully equipped kitchens, including electric fan oven and ceramic hob, 

  extractor fan, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice compartment,  

  washing   machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cutlery, 

  crockery etc.

   Lounge/dining area with dining table and chairs, leather settees,

  Digital TV, coffee table. Soft lighting

   Bathroom with enclosed bath with mixer tap and thermostatic

  shower,  washbasin   WC and shaver point.

   Shower rooms where fitted have thermostatic showers, WC and

  washbasin and electric shaver point

   Bedrooms with  freshly laundered bedding, fitted wardrobes,

  drawer space, dressing  table. TV in main bedroom.

  General in the apartments are ironing board and iron, vacuum

  cleaner,  hairdryer, radio alarms, etc.  Electric Heating / hot water

  is included in Tariff. Towels are supplied for use in the apartments –

  please bring your  own beach / pool towels. All windows are double

  glazed with curtains and   blinds  (blackout where appropriate). There

  is plenty of car-parking space.
